It heats up quickly when used on the knee, which is good. It's great for its intended use, but it's a bit inconvenient to use on other areas (shoulders, elbows, etc.), which is a bit disappointing. However, since it's good for the knee, I'm still satisfied.

Honestly, it's not the product I expected, but it's just okay.
It seems convenient for the elderly to operate with three buttons for power, vibration, and heat. However, I couldn't find a timer function. It automatically turns off after a certain time. The vibration and heating are at the optimal level.
